Monorigine: Single Origin Coffee

Every coffee in the Monorigine collection comes from a single farm, cooperative, or region, roasted in small batches in Dearborn to highlight exactly what makes that origin unique. No blending, no masking. Just traceable, mold-free coffee roasted with intentional development time and shipped within days of roasting.

The collection grows as we source exceptional lots. Right now it starts with Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelbesa, and every new addition will meet the same sourcing and quality standards.
