Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened coffee unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order is damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our fault.
