How fresh is your coffee?

Every bag of ARDITO is roasted in small batches and shipped within days of roasting. You'll find the roast date printed on every bag — because freshness isn't a detail, it's the foundation. We recommend enjoying your coffee between 7 and 21 days post-roast for the best flavor.

Where is your coffee sourced?

We work with a large and small, trusted network of growers who share our commitment to quality and care. Our beans are sourced from farms that prioritize sustainable practices and consistent harvests. We believe great coffee starts long before the roast — it starts at the source.

What roast levels do you offer?

We offer a range of roast levels — from light and nuanced to medium and balanced, to dark and full-bodied. Each roast is developed to highlight the natural character of the bean, not to mask it. If you're unsure where to start, our medium roasts are a great introduction to what ARDITO does best.

Whole bean or ground — which should I choose?

We always recommend whole bean for the freshest cup. Coffee begins to lose its complexity shortly after grinding, so grinding just before brewing makes a noticeable difference. That said, we offer pre-ground options for convenience — just let us know your brew method and we'll grind accordingly.

What grind sizes are available?

ARDITO recommends purchasing whole beans and grind to brew type. Ground coffee is grinded to a medium to medium fine setting, best for drip brew  

How should I store my coffee?

Store your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — ideally in an airtight container. We don't recommend the freezer for everyday coffee, as repeated temperature changes can affect flavor. A pantry or countertop away from heat works well. Use within 4–6 weeks of the roast date for best results.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. A subscription is the simplest way to make sure you never run out of fresh coffee. Choose your roast, your grind, and your frequency — and we'll handle the rest. Subscribers also get priority access to new releases and seasonal offerings.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically roasted, packed, and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

What if there's an issue with my order?

We stand behind every bag we send. If something isn't right — whether it's a shipping issue, a quality concern, or anything else — please reach out and we'll make it right. Coffee should be a good part of your day, and we take that seriously.

How do you approach sustainability?

Sustainability is something we think about at every step — from the farms we partner with, to our packaging choices, to how we manage waste in our roasting process. We're a small operation, and that means we can be intentional about the decisions we make. We're always looking for ways to do better, and we're transparent about where we are in that journey.
