Every roast delivers dark chocolate, molasses, toasted almond, and a whisper of cedar, full-bodied, low acidity, and smooth through the finish.

Nero is engineered for espresso but performs equally well as drip, French press, or pour-over. Where the Coffee Comes From

Three named, traceable lots, blended and roasted to order in Dearborn:

  • Brazil: Cooxupé cooperative, Mogiana region. Natural process, 800 to 1,200 masl, Bourbon and Mondo Novo varieties. Fine Cup, Strictly Soft grade with a strict 17/18 large-bean screen, dried on patios and finished at the cooperative's own dry mill. The chocolaty backbone.
  • Indonesia: Fair Trade organic Mandheling from 928 smallholder farmers organized around PT IKA in Atu Lintang, Aceh, Sumatra. Wet hulled in the traditional Giling Basah style, 1,500 to 1,600 masl, Bourbon, Catimor, and Typica varieties. Heavy body and smoky depth that shine at dark roasts.
  • Colombia: El Tiple lot from small family farms around Pitalito, Huila. Washed process, 1,500 to 1,800 masl, Excelso EP grade. Sweetness and balance through the finish.
